Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy for only damaged/defective product, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return or exchange request after 48 hours of delivery shall not be entertained at all, under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note return policy is not valid for items where a discount coupon has been applied or bought under Flash sale / Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.
We have a strict NO return policy for not liking the design/product or size exchanges.
For orders below 499/- there is NO return policy available.

If your return is accepted, the item will be picked up by our courier partner. You are requested to pack the product inside the original packaging box.
Once the shipment is delivered back to us by you in its original/unused condition, we shall refund you the money within 72 hours in your bank account only.

Please note that for all COD orders, a refund will be given via bank transfer in name of the customer only. For example. If the customer's name is "ABC", bank details should be the same in name of "ABC".
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note minor scratches are not to be considered as a damage (Buckles are made of zinc alloy and all metals are prone to minor scratches)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Charges
Reverse pickup charges are to be paid by the customer. Charges depends on the pin code and the weight of the product.
